Todays blog is about editing. I'm not going to be the one editing. I still have a decent idea on what needs to be done.
For starters, like I said in the last blog, the first scene was hard to film. We had filmed multiple scenes. We will have to go through the multiple takes and choose which one is best. I think probably the last will be the best. We put a lot of character into it. Plus I finally got Rose to stop running in front of me.
The next I think will be cut down. It's a clip of us all talking and laughing. I had supposedly showed them something on my phone which actually was just my lock screen. I don't know why but we had to do different takes of such a simple scene. The takes also came out very long.
The Nintendo switch scene is defiantly getting cut down or sped up for how long it is. At the same time, I don't think we should speed the scene up since it's supposed to be sad.
I think for the next scene, the walking scene, we had discussed speeding it up before we filmed it. I think we're still doing that.
For the bleachers scene I honestly have no clue. Maybe slow it down since it's the ending. The scene is supposed to show my character being completely alone now anyways.
I know for sure that for all of them we will have to take out the original sound and add in our song.
Hopefully we get a good grade.
